Tone It Up Protein Pancakes

Here's the recipe for the delicious Perfect Fit Protein Pancakes by Tone It Up. I will have this for breakfast 3-4 times a week. It tastes great and best of all they're good FOR you!

Ingredients:
Perfect Fit Protein Powder
Splash of Almond milk
1/2 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup egg whites

Directions:
Mash 1/2 a banana with a splash of unsweetened almond milk. I use Silk.




Add your tsp of cinnamon and mix well

Add 1/4 cup of egg whites

Finally, add your scoop or packet of Perfect Fit Protein. I have both the vanilla and chocolate large bags (I prefer Vanilla) and I have the packets if I'm out of town or in a hotel and don't want to pack my giant protein bag.

Can you tell I prefer Vanilla to Chocolate? The bag is all beat up

Make the consistency like this

Pour mixture onto your pan at medium heat. Cook like a regular pancake, turning once you see bubbles pop up.



Serve with 1/2 packet of Stevia or a drizzle of 100% pure organic maple syrup. DO NOT use syrups with added sugars and tons of ingredients. I use Simply Balanced Organic Pure Maple Syrup. There is just ONE ingredient in it: Pure maple syrup.
