Party Planning

As I've said before, at any given time I am always planning a party or two so I thought I'd share some of my current parties I'm planning:

1. Olivia's 1st birthday- Mickey Mouse theme. I can't wait until her birthday is here and I can share all the photos and ideas that I have. We'll have a backyard BBQ pool party serving 'a hot dog' bar, Minnie's "Bow"tie pasta, Pluto Punch, Figaro's fruit salad, Donald's dunkers and much more! I'm insane in that I've already started buying and creating the decorations for her birthday. Think Black and white, polka dot, red with splashes of yellow. Yes, I'm already wrapping silverware for a party that is 3+ months away. I have no shame. There will be pin the ears on Mickey, a face painter and Mickey Bingo. Is it July yet?

2. Girls Night In- In April I'm hosting a girls night in with my BFF as a Pure Romance consultant. Gals will come over in their jammies and we'll eat, drink and buy naughty toys. Food: Shrimp COCKtail, Better than Sex cake, SUBMISSIVE subs, Sex on the Beach - get the idea? Hot pink and black decorations everywhere.

I'll be making these labeled "Is it cold in here?"

3. Rich's DIRTY 30- Edit: I had to delete the plan because it's a surprise

4. Our club's annual Golf Tournament in May. It's a GOLF PAR-TEE < Get it? Do you see what I did there? Some raffle gift baskets I plan on making are a
Chick Flick Basket: Chick flicks, tissues, small bottle of wine, popcorn, cozy socks
Dude Basket: Slim Jims, dude movie, cigar, small bottle of Jack Daniels, and a couple other items I haven't chosen yet.
Golf holes will include 'Marshmallow Hit' where they tee off with a marshmallow as opposed to a golf ball.

Trophies for best and worst team
FYI I just started getting details now so I feel like I'm using this current blog post as a 'Dear Diary/Notepad' My apologies.

Of course it won't be a birthday party but this is the color scheme and direction my brain is going in planning.

5. My 30th. I know, I know, what loser plans their own birthday? This loser. I love party planning and I love theme parties. If I left it up to Rich to plan on his own it wouldn't be up to my par so I'm planning "for" him. Since this is the last year of my 20s the theme will be "Roaring 20s". All things gangster, flappers, black & gold everywhere, red lipstick, wavy hair, possibly renting a haunted cave in our area for some swing dancing with my nearest and dearest. Think Gatsby & New Years colors.

It was only natural that I start my own event entertainment company. I'm so proud of my newest project, my company that I'm so excited to get rolling. The website is built, the marketing plan is in place, the LLC name is purchased- now I'm just waiting on my equipment to arrive.

Deets soon.

No LoveMyLiviLou post would be complete without your dose of cute:
