New Year, New Me

I know, I know, it's so annoying to hear. 

I can't remember if I made any resolutions last year but if I did, I obviously failed at them. Here's my 2016 probably not gonna happen but here's a tiny effort resolutions:

+ Complete the entire Tone It Up 8-week challenge.  (Careful clicking that link if you're at work, a loud video plays automatically). They list every single item you're supposed to eat for Meal 1 - 5 for 8 weeks. Sundays they include a shopping list with EXACTLY what you need for the week. The only thing I could see being a problem is dining out and making separate dinners for Rich and the kids and myself. 

Don't email me asking for the nutrition plan or for the details on the 8 week program, you must be a member and I'm not giving anything for free. Pay the $150 like everyone else. 

+ Complete the Kayla Itsines 12 week BBG and maybe even part II. The transformations are incredible. Google "Kayla Itsines BBG" and see how ripped these gals get. On Instagram I'm obsessed with #BBG and #BBGTransformations

+ Don't curse when Olivia is around. She's mimicking everything and I curse like a racist drunk uncle. 

+ Read more. I love reading. I just don't have all the time in the world to enjoy doing it. There's so many books on my must-read list. 

And that's it! If I have 99 goals then chances are 98 of them won't happen if there's too many. I didn't say lose weight or get toned (not opposed to either though!)  I said do the challenges and hopefully be a little more inviting to the early AM workouts. I used to love getting up early to get my workout in but I'm just so damn exhausted all the time now and either sleep as much as the kids allow OR get up at 5am just so I can sit quietly with a book and coffee before the rest of the house gets up. Time to un-lazy.
